Alex came over and unclogged our kitchen sink. He showed up on time. The job was more challenging than anticipated. The problem was found to be in the basement pipe. Alex also resolved another issue of a slow draining bathroom sink. He was very professional, cleaned up as he worked and very importantly honored the price quote. Alex helped us out with a leak issue in our basement and did a great job! At first, we weren't sure where it was coming from (1st/2nd floor) and we were pretty worried. He took the time to examine the issue and we ended up finding out it was coming from the 1st floor washroom which was a relieved as it wasn't a pipe burst. He also took the time to explain what he needed to do, gave us tips on how to fix the roof of the basement and overall did a great repair. I recently changed my shower head and faucet assembly by Alex at ATK Plumbing services . I live in a high end condo in North York. I have had other plumbing services done by plumbers recommended by the condo management. This time I decided to search for a different company that would offer me better rates. From the beginning to the end I was impressed with Alex's professional conduct and pleasant demeanor. He is knowledgeable, punctual, respectful, clean and very honest.   He brought different parts for me to choose without pushing the more expensive one on me. More importantly he does follow through on the job. Alex came on short notice, after hours, for a kitchen faucet swap out and did outstanding work.  This is after he helped re plumb a kitchen basement with a new kitchen in our previous home.  Exceptional company that is our go to, would unreservedly recommend ATK!
